How We Make It
We believe that looking good and doing good shouldn't be a compromise. Here's how we craft every Bloom bodysuit with intention, integrity, and care.
Premium Fabric, Responsibly Sourced
Every Bloom bodysuit starts with the fabric — and we refuse to cut corners. Our primary blend of 77% Nylon + 23% Spandex is sourced from certified textile mills that meet international quality and environmental standards. For select styles, we exclusively use NILIT® nylon fiber — a premium Israeli-engineered yarn known for its unmatched softness and reduced environmental footprint.
Our fabrics are engineered for recovery rate (snaps back after thousands of stretches), colorfastness (no fading), and skin safety (hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested). We tested over 40 fabric combinations before landing on our signature blend.
For our butt lifter range, we use an upgraded 88% Nylon + 12% Spandex blend with anti-bacterial lining technology that inhibits sweat bacteria growth, keeping the fabric fresh even after extended wear.
Rigorous Quality Control
Before a single bodysuit reaches you, it passes through a multi-stage quality control process. Every garment is individually inspected for fabric consistency, seam integrity, elasticity performance, and color accuracy. We don't do batch sampling — we inspect every piece.
Our seamless knitting technology eliminates side seams, creating a smoother silhouette and removing common failure points. The result: a garment that lasts 3–5 times longer than stitched alternatives.
We stress-test our hardware too. Hook-and-eye closures, snap fasteners, and strap mechanisms are tested to withstand 5,000+ open-close cycles — equivalent to years of daily use.
Our Environmental Commitment
We package every bodysuit in EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) bags — a non-toxic, BPA-free material that is fully recyclable. We chose EVA over traditional plastic poly bags because it's safer for the environment and safer for you.
We design our bodysuits to last, not to be disposable fast-fashion. By engineering garments that maintain shape and compression for 12–18 months of regular wear, we reduce waste in landfills.
We're not perfect yet. But every quarter, we audit our supply chain for opportunities to reduce water usage, minimize dye waste, and improve working conditions. This is a journey, and we're committed to transparency.
